  • Neil MacDougall (Certified Self Management Coach) is responsible for individual coaching. Working one-on-one with senior management and individual contributors, he systematically applies behavioural science to enhance leadership, team building, and positive influencing skills. As a partner with those he coaches, Neil provides objective feedback, reveals blind spots, understands the importance of accountability, and realizes the fundamental relationship between a person’s talent, their effort, and opportunities that they can create in the workplace.

  • Based on the pragmatic application of Daniel Goleman’s “Emotional Intelligence”, and Patrick Lencioni’s “Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, NGM first concentrates on clarifying what trust means within a specific organization. They then establish what effective communication looks like, means of handling conflict, fostering commitment to clearly understood goals, maintaining high standards within the team while maximizing focus on results, and minimizing individual status and/or ego. Team effectiveness is empirically measured prior to, and post, team development interventions.
