He conducts in depth assessments involving detailed analysis of individual's personality, attitudes, emotional awareness, cognitive abilities, leadership potential, and identifies any prospective development opportunities. As a Certified Self Management Coach, he also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University.
